Greg & Cindy worked very hard to find us the perfect house during a Pandemic when house showings were by appointment only NO OPEN HOUSES. It took many hours and they both continued to accommodate us when houses were selling SO FAST and above asking. We wouldn’t have our beautiful little home without Greg’s contracting and buy expertise, without that we wouldn’t have trusted the asking terms and who knows what would have happened. They are both very organized and responsive to our “silly” questions. Additionally, we feel like we have become part of a family, they both continue to be in touch. You can tell they love what they do. I feel grateful to be a part of.

I met Cindy & Greg thru a friend that was looking for waterfront property, I was immediately impressed with their knowledge of the local area of interest & how well the compliment each other as a team. Cindy has an incredible eye & Greg has the hands or the practical knowledge/know how. Greg’s also a gifted conversationalist, great stories! So when I decided to sell my house I contacted them. The sale of my house came with some unique & some common stumbling blocks, all the while they both stayed on point, positive & willing to do what it took. I’m not going to get into all they did as I don’t want to establish a bar quite that high for them going forward, suffice to say I recommend them to anyone I know who might be looking to buy/sell. My previous experiences had me thinking of Real Estate professionals as slightly above used car salesmen. The Colby’s impressed me with their professionalism, knowledge, work ethic & integrity. Greg & Cindy are the perfect real estate team. Greg has experience as a carpenter & inspector so he can really give you an idea on things before even scheduling an inspection. Greg can be tough when he has to & Cindy can swoop in to butter them up if need be. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else

Greg and Cindy worked tirelessly for us in the search for our new home. they did all of the legwork making a very arduous process extremely easy on us as first time buyers. They are well educated, experienced; and were adamant about finding the right home for us that also checked every box for what we were looking for.
